Young or old, you’ve got what it takes to finish the Iron Kroc Challenge. Swim, bike and run your way to fantastic summer fun! Everyone gets an Iron Kroc t-shirt they can sport proudly. The challenge has both Adult (15+) and Youth Divisions (8 –14) as well as a team option.

Must be a member to participate.

DETAILS
The legs of the Iron Kroc Challenge can be completed in any order. Pedometers can be checked out at the fitness desk for distance tracking purposes.
TEAM RULES
No more than 3 participants per team for both adult and youth divisions. The Iron Kroc team who compiles the Highest Total Mileage Overall will be declared the team division winner. Registration fee is per person as listed in the registration chart.
DISTANCES
Swim
Must be completed during open lap swim at the Kroc Center
Must be recorded on log card at the fitness desk
Adult: 2.4 miles/4224 yards/169 lengths (minimum)
Youth: .45 miles/800 yards/32 lengths (minimum)
One length is from one end of the pool to the other. (25yds)Cycling
Can be completed in cycling classes or on your own
Must be recorded on log card at the fitness desk
Cycle Classes are worth 15 miles!
Adult: 112 miles (minimum)
Youth: 17 miles (minimum)
Run
Can be completed on fitness area treadmills or on your own
Must be recorded on log card at the fitness desk
Pedometers can be checked out at the fitness desk
Adult: 26.2 miles (minimum)
Youth: 5 miles (minimum)
