The Kroc Center Youth Basketball League

Get ready for some basketball fun!

The Kroc Center Youth Basketball League introduces participants to the basic fundamentals of basketball. Participants ages 3-12 years old will begin to get comfortable with the basketball, court, hoop and basic mechanics of the game

Through fun, age-appropriate, fast-paced games and drills, players will:

Receive position-specific instruction
Learn offensive and defensive footworkt
Focus on shooting and rebounding
Prepare for competitive play
Learn to shoot comfortably on an age appropriate sized hoop
Demonstrate the fundamental skills of basketball
Dribble a ball the length of a full court without losing the ball
Dribble confidently with both hands
Pass and receive a basketball while on the move
Understand the concepts of offense, defense and teamwork
Shoot a lay up off two feet

Try-outs and draft on January 5th *Teams separated by Age & Ability*
First practice January 12th
Games start January 19th
